Fitness Centre

We have a Six station multi gym with Tummy Trimmer, Dumb bells and inclined planes and twisters set up in a mirror hall in a very attractive setting. There is a separate gym coach and considerable number of boys and hostelers are benefited.

This year we propose to build a separate gym with treadmills and ellipticals and all other modern equipments for the girls. Separate coaches will also be provided and special programs will be offered to obese children and counseling and physiotherapy will be made available for the needy. Physical care and health care will be promoted with special emphasis on healthy food habits and exercising and sports culture.
